Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing)

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) is a four-year undergraduate program followed by 6 months of mandatory internship. This course prepares candidates to serve humanity through medical treatment. Not only treating humanity, B.Sc nursing also imparts qualities of affection, care and patience in candidates towards the needy.

Job Perspectives

Eligibility

  • For getting admission in a B.Sc Nursing course, the basic eligibility criteria which every entrance exam and institute includes:
  • The minimum age of a candidate must be 17 years on the 31st December of the year of admission.
  • Candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum 50% in science stream with PCB and English as compulsory subjects.
  • Candidate should be medically fit.

Selection Criteria

  • For admission into a B.Sc Nursing course, students need to write the National or State-level entrance exams, apart from meeting the eligibility criteria. Some colleges conduct their own entrance test. The application form for B.Sc Nursing is mostly released between the months of April and June followed by the process of admission.  Some of the B.Sc Nursing entrance exams are mentioned as follows:
